The 135th Canton Fair will take place soon. It is the largest and most comprehensive trade event in China. What are the highlights of the 135th Canton Fair? Nancy has more details.
Nancy: The exhibition area of this session of the Canton Fair is 1.55 million square meters, with 28600 businesses participating in the export exhibition. Among them, more than 4300 are new exhibitors. 680 companies are participating in the import exhibition at the Canton Fair. About 93000 buyers from 215 countries and regions have completed pre-registration, and more than 220 large multinational corporations and business institutions, such as Walmart Inc. from the United States and Metro AG from Germany, have confirmed that they will organize delegations to attend the event. The 135th Canton Fair also shows growing innovation of Chinese manufacturers. Over 2.7 million products will be uploaded onto the Canton Fair online platform to offer abundant and high-quality choices for global buyers. A vast of new products, green and low-carbon, smart and innovative products will be presented. About 3600 enterprises are expected to exhibit their capacity on digital fronts, from automated guided vehicles to AI-powered translating machines. These figures all exceed the scale of previous sessions for the same period.
Adhering to the concept of “openness, cooperation, integration and sharing”, the 135th Canton Fair will continue highlighting China's commitment to opening up and promoting free trade, which is a signal of China sharing opportunities with the world.
